Damaya serves individuals and small teams. Plans and trial rules follow the Damaya site.
Currently supported: JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 12MP. Validate results for your required faces, license plates or sensitive text.
Currently supported: up to 1080p, 30 FPS and 5 minutes per clip. Assess 4K, higher frame rates, complex text and dense crowds separately.
Input video duration is rounded up to the next second and charged at the per-minute rate. Queueing, status queries and callbacks add no processing fees. Validation errors and system processing failures are not charged.
Includes one output without a brand watermark, normal downloads and standard API support. Customers review and save their results. Long-term hosting, distribution, custom development and reserved capacity require a separate agreement.

It is a prepaid balance for successful processing after activation, not a monthly fee. There is no additional monthly platform fee or monthly reset. The proposed balance validity is 12 months; expiry, reminders and handling of unused funds will be confirmed in writing before activation.
System failures release reserved funds. Automatic retries, the same idempotent request and duplicate callbacks are not charged twice. Changing parameters and starting a new processing task incurs a new charge, confirmed before execution. Normal result downloads do not incur another processing fee.
These rates apply to validated standard images and video. 4K, higher frame rates, long videos, complex scenes, text and documents require sample assessment. Unconfirmed specifications are not automatically included.
Source, cache and result retention and deletion procedures are agreed before activation. Customers must save results within the agreed period. Long-term file hosting is not included; immediate deletion after processing is not a universal promise.
The standard API uses shared capacity and weekday support for documentation, examples and error diagnosis. Dedicated capacity, private deployment, customer system development and SLAs require separate assessment and are not off-the-shelf products.
Damaya serves self-service web users; the enterprise API serves system integrations. Plans, trial allowances and billing entitlements are separate. Refer to Damaya for its current terms.
